Founder Creator Vault terms
The rules for the 50 Founder seats: what you receive, how the locked rate works, and when it ends.
These terms cover the Plenishly Founder Creator Vault, a limited program for the first 50 creators approved to sell on Plenishly. The program is operated by Plenishly, Inc., a Wyoming corporation. They work alongside the Terms of Use and the Creator Terms.
1. Seats
There are 50 seats in total. A seat is held only after Plenishly approves your application and you accept these terms. Applying does not guarantee a seat. Approval does.
Founder seats and Founder perks cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to anyone else. If you sell your business, the buyer does not receive them and they end on the transfer date. This applies to Founders only. Other creators may sell their businesses under the Creator Terms.
2. What a Founder receives
- Creator Pro at no charge for six months from the approval date
- First product review within 24 hours, instead of 48
- A Founding Creator badge on your profile while your account is in good standing
- Featured placement for your first 30 days on the marketplace
- A 30-minute onboarding call with the Plenishly team
- Affiliate commissions at the Pro rate, even if you later move to Basic
- A Creator Pro rate of $39 per month after the free period, locked for up to three years, on the conditions in Section 3
3. The locked rate
The locked rate applies to Creator Pro only. It starts on the day your paid billing begins and lasts for up to three years from that day. It continues only while all of the following stay true:
- Your Creator Pro subscription stays continuously active, with no cancellation, downgrade, or lapse in payment
- Your account stays in good standing
- Your account stays in active use. Active use means you sign in to the creator dashboard, publish or update a product, or make a sale at least once in every 90 days
When the lock ends
The lock ends at the earliest of: three years from the start of paid billing, any condition above no longer being true, or the end of your account. After it ends, the Creator Pro price shown at that time applies. If you come back later, current pricing applies.
Before the lock ends for any reason other than your own cancellation, we will email you and tell you the date and the price that will apply.
What it does not cover
The lock does not cover Creator Elite, add-ons, or any other plan.
4. The 90-day review
If your first product has no buyer within 90 days of being published, Plenishly will review your storefront and pricing with you. If we cannot help you reach a first buyer, we will extend your free period by three months. This is a review and an extension of free time. It is not a promise of sales.
5. No earnings promise
Plenishly makes no promise about sales or income. Results depend on your products, your pricing, and your effort.
6. Founders Council
Founders may be invited to advise on product decisions. Advice is welcome and non-binding. Plenishly makes the final decision on product, pricing, and policy.
7. Good standing
Perks end if your account is closed for violating the Terms of Use, the Creator Terms, the content policy, or the law. Except where law or safety requires immediate action, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond first.
8. Changes
Plenishly may change how the program works for people who have not yet been approved. For approved Founders, Plenishly will not remove the perks in Section 2 except as these terms allow.
9. The cap is real
The limit of 50 seats is real. Plenishly shows the true number of seats remaining and will not raise the cap without saying so publicly.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Questions: legal@plenishly.com.
